Yes — please don't worry. Our staff make sure every guest feels at ease regardless of language, using translation tools when needed, and we can also assist in English. Our website and online booking are available in Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Spanish.
Same-day visits may be possible depending on availability. We recommend booking ahead via LINE or Hot Pepper Beauty, especially on weekends.
A 3-minute walk from Exit C2 of Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro). Also 5 min from JR Yurakucho and 6 min from Shimbashi. We are on the 4th floor of Musashi 7 Bldg — look for Hanshin Pharmacy Ginza with its red roof on the ground floor.
NAMI ginza is a cashless salon and we recommend cashless payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club. More cashless options are coming; in the meantime, cash is also accepted.

Cuts range from ¥5,500–9,900 (incl. tax; varies by stylist). Eye design from ¥4,000, care from ¥2,200. The full price list by stylist is available on our menu page.

Tue–Thu 11:00–19:00, Fri 12:00–21:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–19:00. Closed Mondays (open 10:00–18:00 on national holidays).
Yes, men are very welcome. We offer cut, color, straightening, head spa and brow design for male guests too.
Absolutely — children are very welcome. There's no need to let us know in advance; feel free to bring them along.
Yes. We offer straightening and smoothing menus tailored to your curl, frizz and hair type, with care taken to minimize damage.
Of course. You're welcome to book eye design (brows & lashes) on its own. Combining it with hair brings even better overall balance.
Yes, a patch test is available if you have any concerns. Please tell us about allergies, sensitive skin or past reactions when booking or during counseling.

Yes. We're in central Ginza and you can come empty-handed. We're easy to reach from nearby hotels, and you can book around your travel or business schedule. We'll assist you in multiple languages.
